Samsung’s Galaxy Note 10 Plus Review: Renaissance Phone

Samsung's Galaxy Note 10 Plus is here, and it's the biggest and best Samsung phone ever. Its key feature is its looks, as it has an attractive rear design, highlighted by the new Aura Glow color, but little else has changed. Read our Note 10 Plus...

Gorgeous Aura Glow color, fantastic screen ; Versatile and strong camera suite ; Super-fast charging speed ; Helpful Windows integrations ; Speedy performance, UFS 3.0 support

Gimmicks aside, the Note 10 Plus is the do-it-all phone worth paying premium for

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ review: Weird, but in a good way

Not every decision Samsung made when building the Galaxy Note 10+ was a winner. But its blend of performance, an immersive screen and some clever S Pen tricks mean it's still the best big phone out there right now. If you never felt any affection for...

Big and beautiful screen ; Top-tier performance ; Some new S Pen features are excellent ; Flexible triple-camera system

More expensive than previous Galaxy Notes ; The cameras still aren’t great in low light ; Battery life could be a little better

If you just want a big phone, you can easily pick up a OnePlus 7 Pro or a Galaxy S10+ for much less money, and you'll probably have a great time with them. But if you want a big phone that lets you do more than the smartphone basics and don't mind...

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ review: the no-compromise Note

The embodiment of smartphone royalty, as well as excess…

The 6.8-inch AMOLED screen is gorgeous ; Internal hardware package is hyper premium ; 5G variant of the phone is available ; Run time is good thanks to 4,300mAh battery ; Camera system is comprehensive and feature packed ; Digital S Pen stylus remains...

Eye-wateringly expensive, especially for 5G variant ; Incredibly big form factor is not pocket friendly ; Camera system is technically beaten by rivals ; The regular Note 10 is the more approachable device

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ review

The Note 10+ gains features, but do they make it a better media machine?

Huge, punchy screen ; Solid internal speakers ; Lots of storage and power

No headphone jack or adapter ; Punch hole can be distracting ; Slightly unnatural colours

The Galaxy Note 10+ is a world-class media phone, but some of the changes Samsung has – and hasn’t – made aren’t the best for video and music

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus review: The most premium Android phone for your money

Samsung makes excellent phones that check nearly every box of what you'd want in a device: a clear, brilliant screen. Great cameras. Strong battery life. But it's been years since all the individual parts have come together in a way that makes me sit...

The Galaxy Note 10 Plus delivers the premium goods, from a killer 6.8-inch screen and all-day battery life to excellent camera tools.

The Note 10 Plus is expensive. There's no headphone jack, which will disappoint long-time Samsung fans. The depth-sensing camera is extremely limited

Samsung closed the camera gap with rivals and created a top-of-the-line phone for people who want the best Android has to offer.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus review: should you spend for the stylus?

The most phone.

Handwriting recognition OCR ; Huge, beautiful screen ; Well-made, with powerful specs

Samsung software backslides into confusion ; Expensive ; No headphone jack

That means, for most people, it really does come down to the S Pen stylus. It may work like a wand, but it’s not so magical that I think non-stylus people will be enchanted enough to spend hundreds of dollars extra to get the Note 10 Plus.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is a big, powerful phone that's good for artists and note-takers.

Useful S Pen stylus. Top-notch performance. Long battery life.

Expensive. Huge. No headphone jack. Confusing 5G situation.

Bottom Line: The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is a big, powerful phone that's good for artists and note-takers.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ review: If you have $1,100 to spend, this is the phone to buy

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is big, speedy, and very expensive, but it'll be worth every penny you spend.

Amazing screen that's big, bold, beautiful, and bright ; Super fast and long lasting with tons of storage ; An in-display fingerprint sensor that works! ; Handwriting recognition is remarkable accurate

No headphone jack ; Screen size will be too big for some hands ; Camera doesn't really bring anything new to the table

There probably isn’t anything I wrote in this review that’s going to sway you to buy or not buy a Galaxy Note 10+. With an $1,100 price tag and top-of-the-line everything, it’s geared toward the Android user who wants the best, and boy, does it deliver.
